I have a license to carry, but I work at for the Army, so I can’t carry on post–even though me and my colleagues are easily one of the prime targets of America’s enemies. Wouldn’t an attack on a defenseless bunch of soldiers and federal employees be a great coup for the asymmetric warriors of the jihad, or some other enemy? Certainly would be a game changer. So since 1993 only the police can carry on military posts and installations.
Here is a great practical experiment in exposing liberal Bullshit as an outgrowth of the liberal media publishing the names and addresses of people with a license to carry a gun–and they found out homewowners didn’t want to announce a gun free zone? Imagine why?
Liberal Bullshit is about nonsensical ideas and posturing, and gun free zones create risk so that liberals can blow smoke at somebody else’s expense.

In Texas carrying on University Campuses has got the lib faculty at UT Austin in a wad–I expect they will try to intimidate their students who might carry. Of course, even though open carry is the law in Texas next year, conceal and carry would frustrate that effort.
