Union City police have released
additional surveillance photos of a suspect who allegedly videotaped
women in the women's restroom at a Walmart.
At
about 9 p.m. on Dec. 16, officers responded to the Walmart at 30600
Dyer St. to respond to a report that a man was using an electronic
device to record women inside the women's restroom without their
consent, police said.
The
suspect fled the store after one of the female victims noticed him
recording her inside a stall in the restroom, according to police.
The
suspect had been hiding inside one of the bathroom stalls for about 10
minutes before the victim discovered him, police said.
The suspect is described by police as
a man about 45 years old, who is about 6 foot 4 inches tall with curly
salt and pepper-colored hair. He was wearing a brown jacket with a white
long-sleeved undershirt, police said.
Union
City police said anyone with information about the suspect's identity
should call them at 510-675-5207 or email them at tips@unioncity.org.
